Outcomes First Group's Akeley Wood Nursery and Junior School in Buckingham is seeking a committed Nursery Manager to lead the nursery provision, ensuring a safe, stimulating environment aligned with EYFS principles.

You will oversee staffing, budgets, inspections, and parent communications, while supporting transitions into Reception and collaborating with the wider school. A Level 3 EYFS and strong leadership are essential; salary up to £40,000 with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.
• Level 5/6 qualification is desirable.
• DSL qualification is desirable.
• Paediatric First Aid or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursery team.
• Oversee day-to-day nursery operations.
• Ensure EYFS compliance and safeguarding.
• Deliver a high-quality play-based curriculum.
• Monitor children's development, planning and progress.
• Promote inclusive practice and support needs.
• Maintain health, safety, and budget.
