Love Childcare Recruitment in Gloucester (GL2) is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for a well-established nursery group on the Gloucestershire College campus. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive EYFS delivery, manage budgets and KPIs, and act as an ambassador for the group.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 (or above) early years qualification is required.
• Previous Nursery Manager experience with a track record of leading a setting to high standards.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the nursery team, promoting a collaborative culture.
• Oversee EYFS curriculum alignment and educational delivery.
• Monitor budget, invoicing and KPIs; manage financial performance.
• Engage with parents and carers to keep them informed and involved.
• Recruit and onboard staff; act as an ambassador for the nursery.
