Busy Bees Leicester Carlton Park is seeking a confident Nursery Manager to lead a thriving team and deliver high‑quality early years education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. You’ll oversee a refurbishment and shape a modern, inspiring learning environment for children and staff.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification required or equivalent.
• Experience as Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial mindset and passion for early years education.
• Commitment to EYFS and Ofsted standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the nursery team to deliver high-quality early years education.
• Ensure full EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding compliance.
• Drive quality improvement across the nursery.
• Manage budgets, occupancy and resources.
• Build strong relationships with parents, staff and the community.
• Support staff development and professional growth.
