Pure Care Recruitment is seeking a Nursery Manager for a beautiful setting in Lewisham/Lee. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and a salary of £45,000–£47,000 per annum, reflecting the level of responsibility managing day-to-day operations and a dedicated team of early years professionals.

You will lead all aspects of nursery operations, ensure high standards of care, education and safeguarding, maintain EYFS compliance, and build strong relationships with families and the community.

Qualificações

• Previous nursery management experience within early years.
• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Manage staff, rotas, recruitment and development.
• Ensure high standards of care, education, safeguarding and health & safety.
• Build relationships with parents and the wider community.
• Support children's learning and wellbeing.
