Qualifications

As Nursery Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall running and success of the nursery. You'll lead by example, create a positive team culture, and ensure every child receives the very best start in life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily nursery operations, ensuring a safe, caring, and high-quality environment.
  • Lead, motivate and inspire a team of Early Years professionals.
  • Deliver and embed the EYFS curriculum effectively across all age groups.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with parents, carers, and external partners.
  • Manage recruitment, training, appraisals, and staff development.
  • Maintain occupancy levels and support financial and business targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards, safeguarding, and health & safety regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain readiness for inspection at all times.
