A leading healthcare provider in Southampton seeks an experienced Early Years Manager to lead their team and support children and families. Candidates must hold a relevant degree and have experience managing an Early Years setting. This role offers a flexible working environment with shifts between 0700-1830, focusing on creating a nurturing and positive educational experience for children.

Taplins operates two day nurseries supporting our local NHS staff, one at University Hospital Southampton (where you will be based) and one at Western Community Hospital.
