Job summary

Fennies is seeking a Nursery Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a team delivering outstanding early years education. You will drive EYFS standards, nurture staff development and ensure safeguarding compliance across the nursery.

You will work to inspire families and the local community, maintaining high-quality care and innovative practice while supporting educators to grow and succeed within a family-owned group.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development.
  • Experience leading teams in an early years setting.
  • Track record of delivering high standards of care and education.
  • Experience of strong practice as a Key Person and in safeguarding policies.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.

  • Lead and inspire a team of early years professionals to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Drive high standards across EYFS practice and the Fennies 4D curriculum.
  • Maintain safeguarding and compliance at all times.
