• Oversee nursery operations, including staff schedules, budgets, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies.
• Mentor staff, encouraging continuous professional development.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Lead inspections and maintain accurate records in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Proven experience managing and inspiring a childcare team.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and early years best practices.
• Valid enhanced DBS check.
• Two satisfactory references.
• Right to work in the UK.
