Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Manager on behalf of a client delivering high-quality early years education. The role focuses on safe, welcoming environments, staff leadership, and strong partnership with parents to achieve outstanding care and learning outcomes.

You will manage daily nursery operations, drive performance against targets, and ensure compliance with EYFS and Ofsted frameworks. Experience in early years management and ICT proficiency are preferred.

Formación

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
• Minimum two years early years’ experience.
• Early years management experience preferable.
• ICT qualification preferable or very good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education inspection Framework.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively manage the day to day running of the nursery delivering outstanding standards of care and education in partnership with colleagues, parents and children.

Our client is looking to recruit a Nursery Manager.

As a Nursery Manager you will be responsible for:
