About Early Years Ltd. in Swindon is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a well-established nursery. You will coach your team, uphold high EYFS standards and safeguarding, and build strong relationships with families from first visit to school transition.

You’ll manage staffing, budgets and resources while driving quality and continuous improvement. The role offers a competitive salary up to £45,000, a performance bonus, and company-supported training and mentoring to develop your

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above in Early Years/Childcare.
• Proven leadership experience in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Ability to manage people, have constructive conversations and lead positive change.
• Organised approach and commitment to giving children the best start.

Responsibilities

• Lead with personality and purpose. Coach, support and develop your team, helping people feel confident, valued and proud of their work.
• Make quality part of every day. Keep care, learning and safeguarding at the heart of the nursery, with strong EYFS practice throughout.
• Build parents’ confidence. Create welcoming, honest relationships with families, from that first visit to the big move to school.
• Keep the nursery running smoothly. Take ownership of staffing, budgets and resources, balancing excellent care with a well-managed setting.
