Job summary

The Abbey School in Reading is seeking a Nursery Manager to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will lead the provision of care and education in our Little Knellies Nursery. We pride ourselves on creating a nurturing community for our young girls that fosters their growth and development.

This is a full time position covering maternity leave for up to 18 months starting October 2026. If you are passionate about early years education and dedicated to supporting children's learning journeys, we would love to hear from you.

As part of a dedicated team of Little Knellies staff you will be responsible for the provision of care and education of nursery children and the overall management of the nursery provision at The Abbey.

We are seeking a Nursery Manager to join our wonderful Abbey community on a full time maternity cover contract for up to 18 months from October 2026.
