Job summary

Fennies Nurseries in Woking is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a team of passionate educators and deliver exceptional early years education within a thriving community environment.

You will drive high standards in EYFS, safeguarding, and family engagement while mentoring staff and preparing the nursery for Ofsted inspections. The role rewards strong leadership with professional development opportunities and a supportive central team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development
• Experience leading teams in an early years setting
• Track record of delivering high standards of care and education
• Experience leading safeguarding, health and safety, first aid policies
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent

• Maintain safeguarding and compliance at all times

What We're Looking For

What We're Looking For You are a confident and passionate early years leader who thrives on developing people and creating exceptional environments for children.

You Will Have

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Birth to 5 Matters and child development
• Experience leading teams in an early years setting
• A track record of delivering high standards of care and education
• Experience of strong practice as a Key Person and in leading and implementing safeguarding, health and safety, first aid and critical care policies
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above); or equivalent
