Responsibilities

What we\'re looking for
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)

  • Previous senior leadership experience within a nursery setting
  • A passion for leading by example, motivating teams, and delivering excellence in early years care
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths, or a willingness to obtain it within 2 years
