Job summary

Busy Bees Newcastle Jesmond is seeking a Nursery Manager (Maternity Cover) to lead the team and drive high standards of early years education. You will oversee EYFS delivery, budgets, staffing and safeguarding in a busy urban setting, ensuring a safe, stimulating environment for children and families.

The role requires proven leadership, experience as a Nursery Manager, and a solid understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted.

Qualifications

• NNEB, BTEC National Diploma, CACHE Diploma in Childcare, or NVQ Level 3 (or above).
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
