Treehouse Nursery School in East London is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for passionate and skilled Nursery Manager for our new nursery opening in Loughton. About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a passionate, forward‑thinking leader with extensive experience in Montessori education and a proven track record of achieving Outstanding Ofsted results. You will play a pivotal role in setting up and managing the new preschool, building a strong team, creating a high‑quality learning environment, and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the setting.

The nursery will be opening summer 2026 - you will be working from our Wanstead nurseries until opening.

Who We’re Looking For?

We are looking for a Level 6 and above:

  • Experience in implementing an Outstanding EYFS Curriculum.
  • Montessori Diploma or Certificate from an accredited training provider.
  • Experience in working amongst outstanding Ofsted.
  • A commitment to promoting the rights and voices of children.
  • Creativity, empathy, and a passion for fostering curiosity and independence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Bring energy, creativity, and a passion for nurturing young minds.
