Job summary

Nurse Seekers is seeking a Nursery Manager who loves making things happen rather than just keeping things ticking over. This ambitious, hands-on leader will take ownership, bring fresh ideas, raise standards and make a real difference to a nursery, its team, children and families.

You’ll drive positive change, lead a capable team, ensure high-quality early years practice and build strong relationships with parents and staff.

• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
