Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of Birth to 5 Matters typical child development stages and EYFS.
  • Minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of medication administration and health & safety policies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead nursery operations ensuring high standards of care.

Job Title : Nursery Manager

Location : Horley

Salary : Up to 58000 with the potential to earn a further 6000 in bonuses

Hours : 41.25 hours

Reports to : Regional manager

What You Bring
  • Excellent knowledge of Birth to 5 Matters typical child development stages and a sound understanding of the EYFS.
  • Full and relevant L3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Have a minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent).
  • Implementation of audits and requirements for key person safeguarding, health & safety and confidentiality systems.
  • Knowledge of how to safely administer medication, First Aid and critical care policies.
  • Preparation and responsibilities before Ofsted visits.
  • Ability to resolve issues and complaints as per Fennies policies and procedures.
  • Ability to achieve the KPIs in your setting and ensure they are in line with Fennies mission statement.
