A leading nursery provider in Hyde Park Westminster is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager. The ideal candidate will possess qualifications such as NVQ L3 in Early Years and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing Ofsted inspections and ensuring quality learning outcomes for children. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £47,000.

Qualifications

• Must have one of the following qualifications: NVQ L3, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree, or QTS.
• Ability to develop rapport with children and understand their learning and development.
• Strong communication skills with both verbal and written aspects.

My client is a nursery providing high quality childcare in which children are "learning through play". Supporting team members to achieve their own personal goals whilst working towards an "Outstanding" level of care which enables children to develop to their full potential.

My client is currently recruiting for a rarely available experienced full-time Nursery Manager position in their stunning 90 place Hyde Park setting.

The ideal candidate will have one of the following qualifications: NVQ L3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree or QTS or above.

You must be able to develop a fantastic rapport with children and demonstrate significant understanding of children’s learning and development, and education.
