Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and childcare, along with excellent leadership skills. This role requires effective communication in English and the ability to manage a team while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will need to be level NVQ level 3 or above.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programmes that promote children's development and learning.
  • Lead, motivate, and support staff to create a positive working environment.

  • Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and other necessary documentation.
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Organise staff training sessions to promote professional development within the team.
Experience
