Job summary

Odin Recruitment Group is seeking a Lunchtime Assistant for a Leatherhead nursery. You will help deliver care that supports each child’s development and meet lunchtime needs from 10am to 3pm.

Role requires Level2 or above in Early Years, experience in nurseries, and a commitment to hygiene, safety, and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in early years education settings with Good or Outstanding inspection outcomes.
• Level2 or above qualification in Early Years is required.
• Willingness to train and maintain ongoing professional development.
• Familiarity with child protection and safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Cover Lunchtime in the Leatherhead Nursery from approximately 10am to 3pm.
• Deliver care supporting each child's development and individual needs.
• Support lunchtime duties and provide essential help to local nurseries.
• Create enriching environments with indoor and outdoor activities.
• Follow safety, hygiene and safeguarding policies, and British Values.

Your Duties:

What we ideally require from you:

• Experience in early years education settings with 'Good' or 'Outstanding' inspection outcomes.
• Required – Level2 or Above Qualification in Early Years.

• Proficiency in hygiene standards, room preparation, and decision-making.
