St Edward's Prep School & Nursery in Reading is seeking a Deputy Manager/Nursery Lead to shape and develop our thriving Nursery. The Nursery Lead role combines leadership and development of our Nursery, ensuring every child receives an exceptional start to their educational journey.

Working closely with the Assistant Head (EYFS) and wider school leadership team, the successful candidate will drive the Nursery's growth and future opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Nursery while managing one classroom, modelling exceptional practice.
• Work closely with the Assistant Head (EYFS) and leadership team to drive nursery growth and future development.
• Provide dedicated leadership time to support ongoing quality and expansion of the Nursery.
