About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Blackpool-based Nursery Manager.

What We\'re Looking For:

  • Minimum level 3 qualification in child care
  • At least 2 years experience in nursery management
  • Able to demonstrate competence in meeting the developmental and emotional needs of the children
  • Hands on approach in the day to day childcare and willingness to lead by example
  • Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills which meet and exceed the expectations of the parents and the company
  • Can work on own initiative by being self-motivated
  • Ability to work within a wider team
  • Knowledge in health and safety and safer food better business guidelines
  • Able to time manage self and team
  • Have strong I.T skills and able to use or willingness to use multiple computerised systems
  • Strong skills in literacy and numeracy
