Job summary

RAFAKidz Nursery at RAF Odiham is seeking a Nursery Third in Charge who holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification and a Paediatric First Aid certificate. You will work closely with the Nursery Management team to strengthen and grow the quality of care and develop the staff.

You will coach and mentor team members, identify training needs, ensure high standards of teaching and safeguarding, and create enriching, safe learning environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate required.
• Strong knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor staff, identifying training needs.
