Bright Horizons Teddies Loughton is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead and inspire a team delivering exceptional early years care and education. You will act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead and manage safeguarding and child protection policies.

You will contribute to training, succession planning and partnerships with parents and Local Authority, while supporting budgets and occupancy. A Level 3+ Early Years qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an Early Years setting or deputy/assistant role.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge and practice.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and achieving Good/Outstanding outcomes.
• Confident decision maker with ability to support and lead others.
• Ability to build trust and work closely with colleagues and parents.
• Effective communication with children and adults using varied techniques.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.

• Oversee day-to-day nursery running, budgets and occupancy strategies.
