Monkey Puzzle Horsham is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager in providing professional leadership and managing the nursery and staff. You will help deliver high-quality care and EYFS education for all children and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic leader with a Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 desirable) and strong safeguarding knowledge. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 desirable).
• Safeguarding Knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in leadership roles in a nursery.
