A leading childcare provider in Kenilworth seeks a Deputy Manager to inspire and support a team in delivering exceptional care. This role includes leading safeguarding practices and maintaining partnerships with parents and professionals. Candidates must have a Level 3 Early Years qualification and experience in a leadership role. This position offers a starting salary of £32,510.40 with various benefits including childcare discounts and professional development opportunities.

We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join our Bright Horizons Kenilworth Day Nursery and Preschool to support as a Lunch Cover. The nursery is situated in the beautiful castle town of Kenilworth -commutable from Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa and the West Midlands.
This nursery is proudly rated 'Good' by Ofsted and offers a full refurbished environment, extensive outdoor area and a designated sensory corners, imagination stations and cosy reading corners.

As a Deputy Manager, you will lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver exception care and education. You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, overseeing day to day running of the nursery and management of safeguarding and child protection policies. You will contribute to succession planning, training, and supporting team professional development plans, maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals (such as the Local Authority), and support the commercial success of the nursery through retention, occupancy growth, and maintaining budgets.
