About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Youll lead by example, supporting and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality early years practice in line with the EYFS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and all statutory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
