Exciting Opportunity for a Deputy Nursery Manager – Outstanding Montessori Nursery at North West London.
Location: Pinner HA5
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, with flexible shifts between 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM with one half-day per week.

Your Role as Deputy Nursery Manager
- Ensuring the nursery operates efficiently and meets all EYFS and Ofsted standards
- Supporting and leading a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Overseeing daily nursery operations in the absence of the Nursery Manager
- Encouraging a collaborative and creative working environment
- Building strong relationships with parents, children, and staff
- Conducting staff performance reviews, appraisals, and peer observations
- Managing healthcare plans, safeguarding procedures, and compliance requirements
- Organising and leading staff training, events, and mentoring sessions
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare & Education
- Extensive experience in a Montessori classroom (Montessori qualification from MCI/AMI London is a plus!)
- Proven leadership experience within an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- A positive, solution-focused approach and the ability to motivate staff and children
- Good ICT skills
