Job summary

Atlas is seeking a flexible Cleaner to join our award-winning team across client sites in Fleet. This is a zero-hours role with no guaranteed hours, offering ad hoc shifts based on business needs and on-site requirements.

You will receive full training, uniform, access to Stream for wages, and opportunities to progress. A basic level of spoken English and the right to work in the UK are required, along with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning to high standards on client sites.
• Learn cleaning specification and equipment during induction and first week of work.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials with full training.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste/recycling containers.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Contribute to a team that goes the extra mile.

About The Role The days and hours: This is a zero-hours Cleaning role, designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to support with ad hoc cover when available. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered., We are looking to recruit a Cleaner at our client's premises. What you’ll be doing:

• As part of the Atlas Family, you'll dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas' clients.
• You'll be inducted at the start of your contract and Atlas will train you within your first week of work. You'll learn how to deliver the cleaning specification, and use the equipment. We will keep it simple and give you all you need to succeed
• Providing a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours
• Handling site-based equipment and cleaning materials (don't worry you will get full training).
• Replenishing consumables such as, paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Emptying all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all time.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times. Atlas will make sure you're fully prepared so that you can begin with a full understanding of what to look out for.
