Job summary

Kido Barnes Nursery & Preschool in London is seeking a Nursery Chef to lead meal preparation and ensure children are fueled with wholesome food throughout the day. You’ll champion nutritious menus and communicate them clearly to children and parents, acting as an ambassador for our values.

This role requires a Level 2 or 3 Food Safety and Hygiene certificate, the right to work in the UK, and safeguarding checks. Location: Kido Barnes, 28 Priests Bridge, London SW14 8TA.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 2 or 3 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate (or be willing to achieve it).
• Must have right to work in the UK.
• DBS check and safeguarding expectations as part of Safer Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead in providing wholesome meals for children throughout the day.
• Advocate for nutritious meals and communicate menus to children and parents.
• Uphold Kido's safeguarding and recruitment policies.
