The role involves cooking meals for children, developing 6 monthly menus, and supporting the catering team. Responsibilities

• Prepare 6 monthly menus with staff and managers for feedback and final product.
• Support and guide catering staff and Nursery Manager.
• Monitor catering standards to maintain high practice.
• Recruitment and selection of catering staff in the nursery.
• Audit kitchens to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure kitchen paperwork is complete, accurate and up to date.
• Establish professional working relationships with nursery staff.
