Job summary

Partou Buttercups Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a part-time Nursery Chef to prepare nutritious meals for children, catering to dietary needs and allergies. You will work Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, ensuring a safe, inclusive environment and collaborating with childcare staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 food hygiene qualification.

Salary £14.02 per hour

About the Role

Partou Buttercups Day Nursery & Pre-school is seeking an enthusiastic chef to take on the part-time Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week role of Nursery Chef.You'll have the rewarding role of preparing delicious, nutritionally balanced meals for our children, never forgetting to cater to any specific dietary needs or allergies.You will provide exceptional care and compassion towards the children, maintain asafe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues.

About You

• Minimum Level 2 food and hygiene qualification
• Proven chef experience,ideally in childcare settings
• Sound knowledge of child nutrition and allergy awareness
• Ability to work independently and in teams, maintaining calm and professional approach
