Responsibilities
  • Child Welfare & Safeguarding - ensuring all children are safe, cared for and all aspects of their needs met as per our safeguarding and health and safety policies.
  • Experience working with children from the age of 6 months to 5 years old.
  • Good organisational, record keeping and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with children, colleagues, advisors and parents/carers.
  • A good understanding of the EYFS.
  • Understanding of safeguarding.
  • Good knowledge of Ofsted requirements, Early years education - we want people who are excited by education, passionate about children and can prove that their knowledge is more than just the 7 areas of learning.
  • All operational policies and procedures / routines are delivered in line with guidance.
