Job summary

Family First Flex seeks dedicated Early Years Educators with Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualifications to join our flexible bank roles in Buckinghamshire. Whether balancing studies or returning to work, you’ll have support, growth opportunities, and weekly pay.

Work across our nurseries locally; you’ll help implement EYFS, ensure high standards of hygiene and safeguarding, and enjoy a simple shifts app and induction.

What The Role Involves:

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Qualifications: We welcome candidates with a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC), ensuring a strong foundation in early years practices.
  
• Safeguarding: You must be committed to child protection and have a solid understanding of safeguarding practices to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
  
• Communication: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both written and spoken English.
  
• Passion: We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, energetic, and driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
