Job summary

Family First Nurseries Group in Bourne End invites applications for Flex Early Years Educators. Join our internal Flex Team to access shifts across our nurseries, with the ultimate aim of supporting children's learning in a flexible agency-like role.

We offer weekly pay, a £500 joining bonus after your first 200 hours, and a supportive environment that values safeguarding and professional development for Level 3 practitioners.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Clear and effective English communication with children, parents and colleagues.

What The Role Involves:

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Qualifications: We welcome candidates with a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC), ensuring a strong foundation in early years practices.
  
• Safeguarding: You must be committed to child protection and have a solid understanding of safeguarding practices to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
  
• Communication: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both written and spoken English.
  
• Passion: We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, energetic, and driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
