Job summary

Family First in Beaconsfield is seeking dedicated Level 3 practitioners for flexible nursery roles. You’ll join our Family First Flex Team and access shifts across our nurseries with weekly pay and a £500 joining bonus after onboarding.

You’ll help deliver EYFS-based activities, maintain high safeguarding standards, and support children’s learning in a welcoming, supportive environment. DBS checks and safeguarding commitment required; UK-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Clear communication with children, parents and colleagues in English.

Responsibilities

• Essential Cover: ensure daily tasks like hygiene and room setup meet high standards.
• Engage and Educate: implement EYFS with fun, interactive activities.
• Prioritise Safety: uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards.

What The Role Involves:

Essential Cover: Step in to ensure that daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup are completed to the highest standards in our nurseries.

Who We’re Looking For:

Experience & Qualifications: We welcome candidates with a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC), ensuring a strong foundation in early years practices.

Safeguarding: You must be committed to child protection and have a solid understanding of safeguarding practices to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

Communication: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both written and spoken English.

Passion: We’re looking for someone who is empathetic, energetic, and driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
