About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the MiChild group. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Assistant manager to work at our beautiful Blackpool based nursery Moorevilla. This will be to work alongside the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager.

This is a fabulous opportunity to join our established team and grow, develop and flourish in your professional journey. This role is a supernumerary role, with progression of leading and running the nursery on a daily basis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
• Demonstrates a robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness
• Has a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and experience of working with children and families
• Previous senior or management experience working in a nursery environment
