HEART Academies Trust in Bedford is seeking an Early Years room lead deputy to support the nursery settings across the trust, including Shackleton Primary. You will work as part of a collaborative team to implement policies and ensure high-quality care within term-time schedules.

The role requires deputising for the room lead, contributing to staff development, and supporting day-to-day operations in the early years settings.
