As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment where children can learn, thrive, and reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative and educational activities to encourage children’s learning and development, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive setting where children can flourish, feel happy, and cared for
• Work closely with your team to create a positive and supportive atmosphere, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, children, and parents
• Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, sleep times, and outdoor play, ensuring every child’s needs are met and exceeded

Required Skills & Experience

• A genuine passion for working with children, with a patient, caring, and understanding approach
• Creativity, energy, and a proactive approach to childcare, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Childcare qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare, are desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support
