Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Nursery Assistant looking for flexible work in Chelmsford and the surrounding areas?
GSL Education are currently recruiting dedicated Early Years professionals to support a range of fantastic day nurseries across the local area.

Whether you’re seeking long-term placements, short-term cover, or ad-hoc days to fit around your schedule, we have opportunities to suit you!

The Role:

Support children aged 0–5 years with their learning, play, and daily routines

Help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment

Work closely with nursery staff to deliver high-quality care and education

Build strong relationships with children and parents, promoting positive interactions and wellbeing

Assist with setting up activities and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the day

About You:

A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development

A kind, patient, and proactive approach

Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is desirable, but not essential

Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude are a must!
