Job summary

Kiddi Caru Exeter, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a caring Nursery Assistant to join our team. You will support and inspire young children, help with daily activities and create a welcoming, safe environment.

We offer 35 days holiday including bank holidays, regular pay reviews, a company pension, sickness pay from day 1 and progression opportunities in a child-centred workplace. DBS check is required for the role.

• Caring and enthusiastic about children
• Ability to supervise and support children at all times
• Willingness to follow company policies and training requirements

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support children at all times
• Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified practitioners
• Contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment for the children
• Read, understand and implement all company policies, procedures and operational practices
• Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, visitors and colleagues
• Attend regular staff meetings and training as required
