Role: Nursery Assistant
Location: Sawbridgeworth
Pay Rate: £85 – £115 per day
Start Date: As soon as possible

GSL Education is looking for Nursery Assistants to join a friendly and nurturing early years setting in Sawbridgeworth. If you’re passionate about early childhood education and thrive in a supportive, play-based learning environment, this role is for you.

As a Nursery Assistant, you’ll help children explore, learn, and grow in a safe, engaging space. You’ll assist with daily routines, from creative activities to outdoor play, ensuring each child feels valued and supported. The Nursery Assistant will also play a key role in developing language, motor skills, and social confidence among young learners.
