Duties as Nursery Assistant
  • Support the delivery of engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Assist with planning and preparation of learning resources
  • Provide one‑to‑one and small group support to children where needed
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
  • Ensure safeguarding and health and safety policies are consistently upheld
Ideal Nursery Assistant
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
