Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd is seeking a Nursery Assistant to nurture young minds and deliver high-quality care in our welcoming nurseries in Ellesmere Port. You will support daily activities, ensure safety, and help children learn through play in a warm, inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 2 in Childcare, understands early years development, and communicates well with colleagues and families.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Nursery Assistant with NVQ Level 2 in Childcare.
• Strong understanding of child development and early years education.
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
