Job summary

Partou Nurseries invites applicants to join as an Early Years Practitioner apprentice, earning while learning and progressing through a structured programme. You’ll observe experienced practitioners, gain hands-on experience, and work toward the Level 3 Early Years Educator standard.

Role involves planning records, upholding safeguarding, and sharing responsibility for children’s health, safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Level 2/Level 3 Early Years qualifications, on-the-job training provided.
• GCSE English and Maths required or desired; Level 2 Functional Skills if needed.
• Strong teamwork, creativity, initiative, and patience valued.
• Pathway apprenticeships leading to Nursery Assistant then Level 3 Pathway in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Planning and maintaining children's records.
• Developing understanding of Safeguarding Policy.
• Caring for children's health, safety, cleanliness and wellbeing.
• Working toward a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard.
