Job summary

Clarence House Day Nurseries Ltd is offering an Apprenticeship in Early Years with a target to achieve a Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner. You will work 40 hours per week across nursery areas under supervision, while gaining practical childcare skills.

The programme runs for up to 24 months, paying £8 per hour. DBS checks will be supported, and employees receive basic training and uniform provisions.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in Early Years with a Level 3 Diploma program.
• Opportunity to complete a Level 3 qualification within 24 months.
• 40-hour weekly placement in a nursery setting while training.

Responsibilities

• Support children in play and learning activities.
• Assist with meals, sleep routines and daily care.
• Enhance the environment with displays of children's work.
• Observe and record children’s development and progress.
• Plan to meet individual needs and communicate with parents/ carers.
