A leading healthcare provider in Pontefract is seeking a proactive Unit Manager for Hamilton Springs care home. You will manage nursing and care teams, ensure high standards of clinical care, and support residents with complex needs. Ideal candidates will have a valid nursing registration, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional care. In this role, you’ll work at a senior level, under the leadership of the Clinical Nurse Manager, to manage a team of nursing and care colleagues, drive quality and maintain high standards of care on your unit.

Hamilton Springs is our brand new care home located in South Elmsall. We provide exceptional nursing care for adults living with complex needs arising from brain injuries, mental health conditions and neuro-disabilities.
The care home has 37 bedrooms across three small, purpose-built units, creating a homely and supportive environment that’s more responsive to individual needs.

As a Unit Manager with Exemplar Health Care,you’ll be at the forefront of clinical care delivery for the people living on your designated unit.

As this is a management role, you should also have post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications. This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse who wants to progress into management.
