As Sonder’s Nurse Unit Manager (UK), you’ll lead our UK tele-triage nursing team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care. You’ll provide clinical guidance, operational oversight, and mentorship to a team of experienced nurses. The role is central to maintaining excellence in clinical standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring all activities align with Sonder’s governance frameworks and the requirements of UK regulatory bodies.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, this 12‑month contract role is responsible for leading the nursing team, maintaining clinical excellence, and ensuring compliance with all governance and regulatory standards.
You’ll be responsible for managing daily nursing operations, fostering a culture of accountability and care, and supporting Sonder’s commitment to high-quality tele‑triage services.
