We are recruiting for a Nurse Team Leader-Children's Day Services who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
You will need to be flexible and have the drive and passion to bring ideas forward, lead on projects to improve patient journey through the service.
The Nurse Team Leader will be expected to take an active role in the unit leadership in managing the service in line with the Trust values and improvements both identified and to be identified.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will demonstrate consistent positive role modelling to support developing both the team and our pre and post registration placements.
The post holder will be expected to cover all areas in Children's Day Services.

The Nurse Team Leader-Children's Day Services will be an effective team leader and a positive role model for all members of the team.
The daily responsibility of leadership across Children's Day Services is required, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our services are of the highest quality, safe, effective and focused to our service users, and in guiding and supporting junior staff and support workers in providing excellent care.
You will be supported by the Nurse Team Manager and the Senior Children's Nursing Team.
