You will oversee two single-occupancy sites in Lancing, supporting adults with complex needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Epilepsy.

Key Highlights

Our client is a highly respected, family-owned provider committed to being an employer of choice. Their ethos is built on investment in people and delivering 'Bespoke' truly tailored care.

  • Support Structure: Benefit from hands‑on senior management and robust support from dedicated on‑site teams and Head Office.
  • Commitment to Excellence: The organisation continually invests in training, clinical quality, and values its leaders.

As the Supported Living Manager, you will serve as both the operational lead and the Clinical Anchor for both sites.

  • Clinical Governance: Provide essential clinical oversight, driving high standards in protocols, competency, and training across specialist services.
  • Operational Leadership: Ensure the safe, effective, and truly person-centred support is delivered consistently across both sites.
  • CQC & Quality: Lead on CQC compliance (Single Assessment Framework), audits, action plans, and continuous service improvement.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, families, MDTs, commissioners, and community partners.

  • Regulatory Expertise: Deep understanding of safeguarding and CQC regulations (Single Assessment Framework).
  • Mobility: Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential for site travel and community engagement.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) models.
